British Gas company has been developed a new fuel cell boiler that could turning homes across the UK into mini-power stations. In a trial of the technology about 30 households will participate which uses a combination of heat and power to generate electricity and simultaneously heat a home using natural gas.This machine passes gas through a fuel cell in a chemical process that creates heat and electricity simultaneously,in conclusion this machine can turns your home into a micro generator of electricity.
this invention will reduce the greenhouse gases emitted from the conventional process of burning fossil fuels but is still dependent on fossil fuel.
The price of this machine will be between $5000 and $6000.This gadget encouraging to see innovation occurring in home heating.
